About Community Development, Inc.
Community Development, Inc. provides your Association with the traditional Community Management functions of Accounting & Financial services, Assessment Collections, Developer Transitions, Common Area Maintenance, Conflict Resolution and Association Governance combined with the concept of the Community Manager as that of Community Developer. Community Development Inc. utilizes modern technologies such as web sites to expand and customize communication between Association residents, event planning and management to encourage community involvement, and provides clear open channels of communication between Community Development Inc. and your Association. Additionally, if your Association prefers a customized type of service we are more than willing to design a program to meet your specific needs and budget requirements.
The Owners
Chuck Schneider maintains professional designations as Licensed Minnesota Real Estate Broker, an Association Management Specialist (AMS) and Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA). Chuck continues to expand his knowledge of Homeowners Associations through Community Association Institute’s (CAI) professional certification courses. He has a diverse background that compliments managing Homeowners Associations. Prior to owning Community Development Inc. he served as a Community Manager for another Minneapolis firm. Chuck also has an extensive background working with technology; this allows Community Development Inc. to offer your Association access to the latest and most current technologies available.
Ryan Hall is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA). As a CPA, Ryan has the skills and knowledge necessary to ensure your Association funds are protected and properly accounted for. Prior to owning Community Development Inc. Ryan served in public accounting for five years. As a public accountant he specialized in accounting for Homeowners Associations. Those five years provided Ryan with the background he would need to start a successful Community Management firm.
