Before co-founding Community Development, Ryan used his CPA skills to perform audits and reviews for homeowners associations.

In creating Community Development, Ryan’s goal was to offer a service that put the needs and rights of associations first. He now uses his expertise as a CPA to ensure that your association’s funds are protected and properly accounted for. Ryan also teaches our free course for client board members: How to Read and Understand Your Association’s Financial Statements.

Community Development is the only firm in the Twin Cities with a CPA at the helm—a source of pride for Ryan. He’s also proud that he can juggle pretty much anything—apples, bananas, cell phones—you name it. And he’s self-taught! Sorry, Mr. Hall is not available for birthday parties.
