When you’re ready to switch from your existing management company to Community Development, Tammy is the one who makes the transition seamless. She coordinates with your current management company to transfer records and get your new account up and running. Her past experience as a Community Manager helps her anticipate client needs and solve issues as they arise.

Tammy’s also a whiz with our custom property management software, which she uses to track every detail of every client account. If Tammy were Knight Rider’s Michael Knight, our software would be KITT. Speaking of speedy vehicles, Tammy has been riding motorcycles since she was 17. Vroom!
